ECPAT UK runs a project supporting boys and young men who have been trafficked to the UK. The project draws on the successful model of peer support for trafficked girls and young women pioneered by ECPAT UK.

Since 2013, the ECPAT UK Youth Programme has enabled boys and young men to meet together and access support in the following ways: 

• Unlimited 1:1 mentoring sessions
• Weekly gender specific peer mentoring support groups
• Individual therapeutic interventions
• Young parents’ mentoring group
• Live skills and personal development workshops
• Rights and Entitlements workshops
• Social activities, outings and annual residential
• ESOL support
• Signposting for further support
• Youth led research projects

Travel expenses and food are provided for each session. 

If you would like to refer a young person who may be a victim of trafficking, please note the following criteria: 

  • Aged 15-23
  • Practitioner has concerns about trafficking
