Keeping children safe from complex, cross-border crimes requires cross-border cooperation. EU agencies help provide a range of protections that keep children safe from abuse and neglect and helps to ensure their safety in a range of different contexts from child trafficking for the purposes of labour or sexual exploitation to parental child abduction.
