ECPAT UK is a registered charity (Number 1104948) and a company limited by guarantee (Number 5061385). ECPAT UK has a Board of Trustees and an Advisory Board.

• Board of Trustees - ECPAT UK is governed by a Board of Trustees selected on the basis of the skills and experience individuals can bring to the effective governance of the organisation. The Trustees have responsibility for the overall policy and direction of the organisation.
  


• Advisory Board - The Advisory Board is made up of representatives from the coalition member organisations (currently, Anti-Slavery International, Jubilee Campaign, NSPCC, Save the Children UK, The Children’s Society, UNICEF UK, and World Vision UK). The members provide advice on campaigns and other issues when needed and collaborate on joint projects with ECPAT UK.
